In the living room, antique pink dominates the scene, evoking the warm Venetian light and the romantic charm of the city; the bedroom is draped in shades of blue, recalling the deep waters of the lagoon, the mystery and the infinite sky that embraces Venice; finally, the bathroom is tinged with a delicate, restful green, a tribute to the tranquil hidden gardens and lush vegetable gardens that lie beyond the walls of Venetian residences.
The colours, together with Rubelli’s fine silks, velvets, upholstery and evocative lighting, are a deliberate integration that aims to capture the essence of Venice – its light, spirit and atmosphere – and transfer it to the interior, to give guests a version of Venice that is both familiar and surprisingly new.

Just a short walk from the Palazzo Grassi, the magnificent Campo Santo Stefano and its elegant, lively bars, and restaurants offering typical Venetian cuisine, this apartment is strategically located close to the San Samuele boat stop and the Sant’Angelo stop, where the line dedicated to the airport docks.

Nearby, there is no shortage of grocery stores, a supermarket, pharmacy, as well as art, Venetian craftsmanship, and fashion stores located in Calle de le Botteghe, full of truly interesting and non-touristy shop windows.

Please bear in mind that on your arrival I will have to ask you for the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Venice, your valid identity documents, and the signature of the rental contract as required by law.
Check-in is between 1 pm and 7.30 pm. After this time and no later than 22.30 check-in is subject to availability, and an extra fee of 50 euro will be charged. If you plan to arrive before 1 pm, you will be able to deposit your luggage in the apartment from 11.30 am, but you will have to leave enough time for cleaning.
You will stay in a unique city that has rules (the rubbish collection is particular and I will explain it to you on arrival) and you will live for a few days like a real Venetian with Venetian neighbors. We kindly ask you to follow the same rules you respect in your city when you are not on holiday.

Located in the heart of the Dorsoduro District, between Campo San Barnaba and The Accademia Galleries, near to Ca’ Rezzonico boat stop which takes you to/from Marco Polo Airport, Santa Lucia Train Station or car parks, this large flat can comfortably hosts four people in two spacoius bedrooms, one double and one twin
The flat is composed by a large living room, a well equipped kitchen has all mod-cons, including a stove, oven, microwave oven and fridge, large bathroom with shower, washing machine and two bedrooms with large closets
The area is truly remarkable and surrounded by good restaurants, coffe shops, supermarket, pharmacy and the incredible “barca della frutta” a really boat plenty of fresh vegetable and fruit where do the shopping. Amazing colurs and intense flavors: absolutely not to be missed.
You will have an amazing experience in Venice and we will do our best for you to enjoy your stay.

that is, “accurate cleaning of all surfaces (walls, doors and windows, toilet and sanitary surfaces) with water and detergent
followed by the application of commonly used and certified disinfectants as medical-surgical devices”.
For cleaning the apartment only dedicated or disposable equipment is used.
All cleaning operations are carried out by personnel wearing disposable protection, such as gloves and masks.
Bed linen, curtains and other fabric materials are washed at high temperature with detergent and special additives.

The apartment is a few meters away from San Basilio boat stop in one of the few higher areas of Venice where even the extremest high tides “acqua alta” has absolutely no effect and it is close to grocery stores and a well-stocked supermarket
Each season has its own special attraction. On cold winter days, you`ll be happy about the underfloor heating. We will arrange for you to be welcomed by a cozy and warm floor!
The area is truly unique with the extraordinary Venetian allure, perfect for long walks, aperitifs, and dinner in typical restaurants.
If you are lucky, you will meet ducks’ families walking around the “fondamenta” of the surrounding canals.
Unforgettable is the path along the Zattere that leads to the Punta della Dogana, from which you can admire the Giudecca Canal.

The apartment is three minutes walking far from the Santa Maria del Giglio boat stop, perfectly connected if you arrive whether by plane, train or by car and it is located in an excellent position for visiting the city, as it is close to San Marco Square, the Rialto Bridge, the Accademia Galleries, Palazzo Grassi, Palazzo Fortuny as well as the Guggenheim Collection Museum, the Basilica of Santa Maria della Salute.
Our apartment is a small nest, welcoming, fully equipped and furnished in vintage style.
Not far from it, there is a well-stocked supermarket and well-known bars and restaurants.

San Toma’ House is a typically Venetian house with private entrance, located very close to the railway station Santa Lucia and Piazzale Roma (the final access area to the city for cars and buses) and really near the main tourist attractions of the historical core of the town.
On the ground floor there is the comfortable dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom with shower; on the first floor you will find the large living area with the exit to the terrace and the little den with desk and with double sofa bed that can accommodate two people. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one double and one twins, both with ensuite bathroom.
