Our home is a charming, spacious, bright, three levels indipendent house, in the heart of Venice, with a beautiful terrace where you can spend your relaxing moments.
It is few steps far from the San Toma ‘ boat stop, in the district of San Polo.
The delightful terrace is perfect for taking a break after sightseeing towards calli, campi, canals and after visiting Venetian museums.
San Toma’ House is a typically Venetian house with a private entrance, located very close to the railway station Santa Lucia and Piazzale Roma (the final access area to the city for cars and buses) and really near to the main tourist attractions of the historical core of the town.
At the ground floor, there is the comfortable dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom with shower; at the first floor, you will find the large living area with the exit to the terrace.
At the second floor, there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with ensuite bathroom.
Nearby there are supermarket, pharmacy, tobacco shop, bars, restaurants and shops.
It will be a true pleasure to host you, but before proceeding with the booking, please read the following rules:
Upon your arrival, you will be required to provide valid identification documents, pay the tourist tax for the Municipality of Venice (€4 per person per night for the first 5 nights), and sign the short-term rental agreement, which I will be happy to send you in advance for your review.
Staying in an apartment offers an immersive travel experience, and even if only for a few days, it will make you feel like a resident of Venice. However, please note that you will not have the typical hotel services.
Since there is no reception service, check-in is by appointment and available from 1:00 PM to 7:30 PM. For arrivals between 8:00 PM and 10:30 PM, there is a €50 surcharge to be paid in cash upon arrival. Between 10:30 PM and 11:30 PM, check-in is not guaranteed but subject to availability, with a €65 surcharge. After midnight, check-in is not possible.
Check-out is at 10:00 AM to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests. If no new guests are arriving the same day, you may leave your luggage in the apartment until 12:00 PM (this service is subject to availability).
The host is available from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
