On the first floor of a charming, futurist-style 1930s industrial building, recently restored and renovated to energy class A+, Casa Melissa is ideal for two people who want a functional, cozy retreat where they can stay, work or study in peace and quiet, and from which they can move nimbly to explore the city and the lagoon.

Bright and quiet, in a contemporary style softened by the panoramic ribbon windows and the warm oak ceilings and floors, Casa Melissa consists of a living room equipped with a kitchen-dining area and a relaxation-study area, a double bedroom with a large wardrobe closet, and a large, comfortable bathroom with shower.

It’s situated in a strategic location, in a quiet and easily accessible area of the Cannaregio Sestiere, an 5-minute walk from the Santa Lucia train station and boat embarkations to every destination in the city and the lagoon.
Nearby: the Church and Ponte degli Scalzi, the Faculty of Economics, The Faculty of Architecture, Savorgnan Park, Papadopoli Garden, Basilica dei Frari and Scuola Grande di San Rocco. Pharmacy, supermarket and numerous restaurants, stores and bars are within easy reach.

Upon your arrival, you will be required to provide valid identification documents, pay the tourist tax for the Municipality of Venice (€4 per person per night for the first 5 nights), and sign the short-term rental agreement, which I will be happy to send you in advance for your review.

Staying in an apartment offers an immersive travel experience, and even if only for a few days, it will make you feel like a resident of Venice. However, please note that you will not have the typical hotel services.

Since there is no reception service, check-in is by appointment and available from 1:00 PM to 7:30 PM. For arrivals between 8:00 PM and 10:30 PM, there is a €50 surcharge to be paid in cash upon arrival. Between 10:30 PM and 11:30 PM, check-in is not guaranteed but subject to availability, with a €65 surcharge. After midnight, check-in is not possible.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests. If no new guests are arriving the same day, you may leave your luggage in the apartment until 12:00 PM (this service is subject to availability).

The host is available from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

In the vibrant Dorsoduro district, full of delightful bars, restaurants and unique views, the flat consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a living room with an area equipped for cooking and a furnished private courtyard.

Like a secret treasure chest, this delightful flat, with an exclusive courtyard, is the perfect home for living like true citizens of this magnificent city.
Situated a few metres from the San Basilio boat stop, it is located in one of the highest areas of the city and is not afraid of high water; nearby you will find both grocery shops and a well-stocked supermarket.
The area is really picturesque, still full of the extraordinary Venetian life, made of long times, walks, aperitifs. If you are lucky, you will meet families of ducks wandering along the foundations of the surrounding canals. Unforgettable is the walk along the Zattere to Punta della Dogana, from where you can admire the Giudecca Canal.

Our Attic is a characteristic apartment in a small Venetian condo located just a few steps far from one of the most well known Venetian squares (Campo), Campo Bandiera e Moro, walking distance to San Marco – San Zaccaria, with the landings of all public means of transport.

Our apartment is a cozy and nice place, it can comfortably accommodate two people because it has a double bedroom and, depending on your needs, a double sofa bed in the living room.
The living room has all windows overlooking a private garden and Velux on the roof; there is also a fully equipped kitchenette.
The bathroom with shower, fitted with window, is small but well-equipped.
The wooden floor, as well as the exposed beams of the living room, creates an intimate and cozy space.
Everything has been carefully studied with the utmost care.

Our home is a charming, spacious, bright, three levels indipendent house, in the heart of Venice, with a beautiful terrace where you can spend your relaxing moments.
It is few steps far from the San Toma ‘ boat stop, in the district of San Polo.
The delightful terrace is perfect for taking a break after sightseeing towards calli, campi, canals and after visiting Venetian museums.

San Toma’ House is a typically Venetian house with a private entrance, located very close to the railway station Santa Lucia and Piazzale Roma (the final access area to the city for cars and buses) and really near to the main tourist attractions of the historical core of the town.
At the ground floor, there is the comfortable dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom with shower; at the first floor, you will find the large living area with the exit to the terrace.
At the second floor, there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with ensuite bathroom.
Nearby there are supermarket, pharmacy, tobacco shop, bars, restaurants and shops.

Our apartment is a small nest, welcoming, fully equipped and furnished in vintage style.
