Upon your arrival you will be asked for your valid identity documents, the payment of the city tax for the Municipality of Venice (4 euros per person per night for the first 5 nights) and the signing of the short rental contract, which we will be happy to send you before your arrival.
A holiday spent in a flat is an immersive travel experience and, even if only for a few days, it will make you feel like a citizen of Venice but you will not have the typical hotel services. As there is no concierge service, checkin times are from 13:00 to 19:30; with an arrival between 20:00 and 22:30 there is an extra charge of 50€ to be paid in cash upon arrival. Between 10:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. checkin is not guaranteed, but subject to availability, with a surcharge of 65€; after midnight checkin is impossible. Check-out is at 10 a.m. (to allow for cleaning and preparations for the next guests). The host’s availability is guaranteed from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm.
