Situated on the first floor of a charming typical Venetian building, it is just a short walk from Palazzo Grassi and major museums such as the Accademia Galleries and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection. The San Samuele and Sant’Angelo vaporetto stops are only steps away, including the Alilaguna service to and from the airport. The perfect base for discovering Venice. The apartment features a contemporary living area with a wooden beamed ceiling and a fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a comfortable master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower.

Air conditioning and independent heating, free Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher, hairdryer, bed linen and towels, and a kitchenette complete with tea and coffee maker are all provided.
