Recently and carefully restored, the residence combines authentic Venetian charm with modern comforts. Spread over two levels, it offers spacious areas ideal for groups of up to 10 people:

Just a few minutes from Piazzale Roma, the train station, and airport connections, the property is easily accessible even for those arriving by car. In the immediate surroundings you will find supermarkets, excellent pastry shops, bars, and traditional restaurants. In addition, nearby vaporetto stops allow easy access to Murano, Burano, the Lido, and all the city’s main attractions.

Discover Venice on foot, get lost in its most authentic corners, and at the end of the day return to your private oasis for a unique and unforgettable experience.

This flat will envelop you with its warm and cosy allure.
The space
The balcony, which directly overlooks Borgoloco San Lorenzo with its two verandas, will be perfect for aperitifs during spring and summer evenings, while the cosy living room will be the ideal space for you to relax. The kitchen, with its convenient separate dining area, is modern and fully equipped.
The master bedroom is spacious and bright and has a spacious walk-in wardrobe where you can store your clothes, and the bathroom with large shower is ensuite.

On the ground floor there is a second bathroom with washing machine.

The area is very picturesque because it is still authentic; a few steps away are the church of San Lorenzo and the church of San Giorgio dei Greci. In a ten-minute walk you are already in St. Mark’s Square and in about twenty minutes you reach the Biennale; in just three minutes you can visit the most incredible bookshop in the world, the Libreria Acqua Alta, and with a six-minute walk you are in the magnificent Campo Santi Giovanni Paolo with its majestic Basilica and the statue of Colleoni.
A well-stocked supermarket, bars and restaurants are within walking distance.
The boat stop is only ten minutes away.

The entire flat is at your disposal
Upon your arrival you will be asked for your valid identity documents, the payment of the city tax for the Municipality of Venice (4 euros per person per night for the first 5 nights) and the signing of the short rental contract, which we will be happy to send you before your arrival.
A holiday spent in a flat is an immersive travel experience and, even if only for a few days, it will make you feel like a citizen of Venice but you will not have the typical hotel services.

As there is no concierge service, checkin times are from 13:00 to 19:30; with an arrival between 20:00 and 22:30 there is an extra charge of 50€ to be paid in cash upon arrival. Between 10:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. checkin is not guaranteed, but subject to availability, with a surcharge of €65; after midnight checkin is impossible. Check-out is at 10 a.m. (to allow for cleaning and preparations for the next guests). The host’s availability is guaranteed from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm.
