The Space
Bright and quiet, Casa Cali consists of a living room with a kitchen-dining area and a relaxation-study area, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms, a large and comfortable bathroom with shower and finally the splendid roof terrace.

The location is strategic, in a quiet and well-serviced area of the Cannaregio Sestiere, a 5-minute walk from the boat embarkations to every destination in the city and the lagoon.
Nearby: the Ca’ d’Oro, the Rialto bridge and the market. A pharmacy, supermarket and numerous restaurants, shops and bars are close at hand.

As there is no concierge service, checkin times are from 13:00 to 19:30; with an arrival between 20:00 and 22:30 there is an extra charge of 50€ to be paid in cash upon arrival. Between 10:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. checkin is not guaranteed, but subject to availability, with a surcharge of 65€; after midnight checkin is impossible. Check-out is at 10 a.m. (to allow for cleaning and preparations for the next guests). The host’s availability is guaranteed from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm.

The space
The balcony, which directly overlooks Borgoloco San Lorenzo with its two verandas, will be perfect for aperitifs during spring and summer evenings, while the cosy living room will be the ideal space for you to relax. The kitchen, with its convenient separate dining area, is modern and fully equipped.
The master bedroom is spacious and bright and has a spacious walk-in wardrobe where you can store your clothes, and the bathroom with large shower is ensuite.

On the ground floor there is a second bathroom with washing machine.

The area is very picturesque because it is still authentic; a few steps away are the church of San Lorenzo and the church of San Giorgio dei Greci. In a ten-minute walk you are already in St. Mark’s Square and in about twenty minutes you reach the Biennale; in just three minutes you can visit the most incredible bookshop in the world, the Libreria Acqua Alta, and with a six-minute walk you are in the magnificent Campo Santi Giovanni Paolo with its majestic Basilica and the statue of Colleoni.
A well-stocked supermarket, bars and restaurants are within walking distance.
The boat stop is only ten minutes away.

Modern and bright two bedrooms apartment, fully equipped, with a lovely canal view, for your perfect stay in Venice.
Centrally located just a throw stone’s from Sant Toma’ boat stop, in a lovely small square with a bar and a really good ice-cream shop, just outside the door.
This nice apartment has large living room with the well-appointed kitchenette, two bedrooms (one double and one tween or double on request) and wide bathroom with bathtub and shower.
It is surrounded by all kind of shops, groceries, restaurants and it is also walking distance from Santa Lucia railway station.

For arrivals between 8:00 PM and 10:30 PM, there is a €50 surcharge to be paid in cash upon arrival. Between 10:30 PM and 11:30 PM, check-in is not guaranteed but subject to availability, with a €65 surcharge. After midnight, check-in is not possible.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests. If no new guests are arriving the same day, you may leave your luggage in the apartment until 12:00 PM (this service is subject to availability).
