Discover a hidden side of Venice: beyond canals and gondolas lie secluded gardens where you can unwind, away from the crowds. This beautiful home, located in the heart of the San Marco district, offers the rare privilege of a quiet private garden shaded by a fragrant bay tree.

Spread over two floors, the house comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests, with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom, and two bathrooms — one with a bathtub and one with a shower. The cozy living room is perfect for relaxing, and the fully equipped kitchen allows you to enjoy a classic Italian breakfast or cook a delicious meal after a day exploring the city.

Just a few minutes’ walk from St. Mark’s Square, you’ll experience Venice like a local while enjoying all the comfort and tranquility of a home that’s entirely yours. Perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends, this house will make you feel at home… with a touch of Venetian magic.

It will be a true pleasure to host you, but before proceeding with the booking, please read the following rules:

Upon your arrival, you will be required to provide valid identification documents, pay the tourist tax for the Municipality of Venice (€4 per person per night for the first 5 nights), and sign the short-term rental agreement, which I will be happy to send you in advance for your review.

Staying in an apartment offers an immersive travel experience, and even if only for a few days, it will make you feel like a resident of Venice. However, please note that you will not have the typical hotel services.

Since there is no reception service, check-in is by appointment and available from 1:00 PM to 7:30 PM. For arrivals between 8:00 PM and 10:30 PM, there is a €50 surcharge to be paid in cash upon arrival. Between 10:30 PM and 11:30 PM, check-in is not guaranteed but subject to availability, with a €65 surcharge. After midnight, check-in is not possible.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests. If no new guests are arriving the same day, you may leave your luggage in the apartment until 12:00 PM (this service is subject to availability).

The host is available from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Ponte Squero Flat

Ideally located in the heart of the lively Dorsoduro district, just a short walk from Campo San Barnaba, the Accademia Galleries, and the Ca’ Rezzonico vaporetto stop, the apartment is easily reachable from the airport, train station, and city parking areas. The apartment features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms with large wardrobes, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The surrounding area offers a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, shops, a supermarket, pharmacy, and the famous “barca della frutta“, a floating fruit and vegetable market not to be missed. Bed linen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating are provided free of charge. Located on the first floor (no elevator).

Upon your arrival you will be asked for your valid identity documents, the payment of the city tax for the Municipality of Venice (4 euros per person per night for the first 5 nights) and the signing of the short rental contract, which we will be happy to send you before your arrival.
A holiday spent in a flat is an immersive travel experience and, even if only for a few days, it will make you feel like a citizen of Venice but you will not have the typical hotel services.

As there is no concierge service, checkin times are from 13:00 to 19:30; with an arrival between 20:00 and 22:30 there is an extra charge of 50€ to be paid in cash upon arrival. Between 10:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. checkin is not guaranteed, but subject to availability, with a surcharge of 65€; after midnight checkin is impossible. Check-out is at 10 a.m. (to allow for cleaning and preparations for the next guests). The host’s availability is guaranteed from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm.

Guggenheim Collection Venice Apartment

A cozy and charming apartment in the heart of the Dorsoduro district, just steps from the iconic Peggy Guggenheim Collection. Nestled in a peaceful and picturesque corner of Venice, only a few meters from a quiet canal, it offers an authentic and romantic Venetian atmosphere. Set in a typical Venetian building with a private entrance, the apartment is arranged over two levels and comfortably accommodates up to four guests.

On the ground floor, a welcoming living space with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower invites you to relax after a day of exploring. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious and light-filled living room, a fully equipped kitchen corner, a second bathroom with bathtub, and a lovely master double bedroom. The apartment is fully equipped with free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and fine bed linen, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay in Venice.

Saint’s Mark Apartment Venice

This charming and bright apartment is located in the prestigious San Marco district, just a few minutes’ walk from St. Mark’s Square and the Rialto Bridge, and close to Venice’s main museums and most important sights. Despite its central location, the flat is set in a small and quiet street, only steps away from Calle Larga XX Marzo, Venice’s famous fashion street with elegant designer boutiques.

An ideal and strategic location to start discovering Venice comfortably on foot.

The apartment is on the first floor with elevator, a rare and valuable feature in Venice. It is perfect for 2 guests and offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
It features a contemporary living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a twin bedroom with beautiful wooden beamed ceilings, and a nice bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Guests can enjoy air conditioning, Wi-Fi, heating, a TV, and a dedicated workspace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, cookware and dining table.
The apartment also includes a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, extra pillows and blankets, blackout curtains, and a walk-in closet.
