On the top floor of a charming 19th-century building, Casa CaLi is ideal for a family or a group of friends who want a functional and cosy retreat where they can stay, work or study in peace and quiet, and from which they can move around easily to explore the city and the lagoon, enjoying on their return the spendid roof terrace with 360-degree views over the rooftops of Venice.

Bright and quiet, Casa Cali consists of a living room with a kitchen-dining area and a relaxation-study area, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms, a large and comfortable bathroom with shower and finally the splendid roof terrace.

The location is strategic, in a quiet and well-serviced area of the Sestiere Cannaregio, a 5-minute walk from the boat embarkations to reach every destination in the city and the lagoon.
Nearby: the Ca’ d’Oro, the Rialto bridge and the market. Within easy reach: pharmacy, supermarket and numerous restaurants, shops and bars.

For the protection of all:
In accordance with WHO recommendations for this flat we adopt effective and sufficient procedures for the thorough cleaning of all surfaces and fabrics.

Please bear in mind that on your arrival I will have to ask you for the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Venice, your valid identity documents and the signature of the rental contract as required by law.
Check-in is between 1pm and 7.30pm. After this time and no later than 22.00 check-in is subject to availability, and an extra fee of 50 euro will be charged. If you plan to arrive before 1pm, you will be able to deposit your luggage in the apartment from 10.30am, but you will have to leave enough time for cleaning.
You will stay in a unique city that has rules (rubbish collection is particular and I will explain it to you on arrival) and you will live for a few days like a real Venetian with Venetian neighbours! I ask you to follow the same rules you respect in your city when you are not on holiday.

It will be a true pleasure to host you, but before proceeding with the booking, please read the following rules:

Upon your arrival, you will be required to provide valid identification documents, pay the tourist tax for the Municipality of Venice (€4 per person per night for the first 5 nights), and sign the short-term rental agreement, which I will be happy to send you in advance for your review.

Staying in an apartment offers an immersive travel experience, and even if only for a few days, it will make you feel like a resident of Venice. However, please note that you will not have the typical hotel services.

Since there is no reception service, check-in is by appointment and available from 1:00 PM to 7:30 PM. For arrivals between 8:00 PM and 10:30 PM, there is a €50 surcharge to be paid in cash upon arrival. Between 10:30 PM and 11:30 PM, check-in is not guaranteed but subject to availability, with a €65 surcharge. After midnight, check-in is not possible.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests. If no new guests are arriving the same day, you may leave your luggage in the apartment until 12:00 PM (this service is subject to availability).

The host is available from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
