GIO PONTI’S FLAT IN VENICE 027042-LOC-11349

The name of this flat has been specifically chosen because of a table signed by Gio Ponti. Actually, the whole house is furnished with extreme care.
The flat comprises a spacious living room with high ceiling and large windows, a walk-in study, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite with the sleeping area.
The location itself, in Calle de le Oche, is suggestive because it is typically Venetian, not touristy, even though it is well located. Campo San Giacomo dall’Orio, just a few steps away, is stunningly beautiful and there are restaurants, bars, and a supermarket nearby.

For everybody’s safety:
For this apartment, in accordance with WHO’s recommendations, we adopt effective procedures for an accurate cleaning of all surfaces and fabric materials.

Dear Guest, it is a real pleasure to host you.
Please, before proceeding with your reservation, read carefully the following rules:
since the Venice Council has introduced the tourist tax for all visitors, please note that at your arrival, I must ask you for euros 4,00 in cash each person per night of your stay (for a maximum of five nights).
Unfortunately, if I add this tax to the final rate, you will pay also the percentage for the channel services, so, I think it is more correct to ask for the city tax at your arrival in cash, without additional costs
Since there is not a concierge service for tourist apartments, it would be very much appreciated your arrival between 1:30 pm and 7:30 pm. Late check-in is also possible, it is subject to availability (not later than 9:00 pm) but with the extra charge of euros 50 to pay cash on your arrival. Check-out is around 10/10: 30 am with the possibility to store your luggage until your departure.
I know that the system makes accurate verification of your profile, but Italian Law (as in many other Countries) requires identification for all guests visiting Italy.
For this reason, upon your arrival, I have to ask for your documents details (like in the hotels and B&B.
Please note that spending your holiday in a private house is a different way to experience a foreign city.
So please remember that a private house is not like a hotel.
Please, do not forget to bring with you your personal belongings for the shower (shower soap and shampoo).
Please, respect other people living in the surroundings.
Thank you for your cooperation.
